Pumpkins and candy

I LOVE Halloween! I'm sure it has something to do with being a "Halloween baby" and my moms love of decorating. I put up our Halloween decorations up on Oct 1st and sometimes don't take them down until well into Nov.
Richard and I dressed up a Captain America and a cat. Sarah and Cody came over and helped pass out candy!

27th birthdays!

 

We are officially in our late 20's and I'm not upset about it. I do not mind getting older, I feel like we have lived great lives until now, and that our future looks bright so what is there to be upset about??

We do not buy each other gifts anymore, which is a little strange for us because we love to give gifts. We actually just prefer for our birthdays to hangout and go to dinner.

Richard's birthday was Thursday Oct 24th. I got off an hour early and swing by Smallcakes (the BEST cupcakes) to pick up a birthday cupcake and surprised Richard! We went to his favorite restaurant, Taco Mac, with Sarah and Cody for dinner.

 



               

On Saturday the 26th, we had a little party at our house for our birthdays. It

was great to see and catch up with people we hadn't seen in awhile!

 

 

My birthday, Sunday Oct 27th, we got our pictures taken for our Christmas card by Cory Locatelli at Roswell Mills park. Sarah and Cody came with us and we all had fun hiking down to the river. We got our first pumpkin spice lattes of the season!

 

We went to Viva La Mexico for dinner and we had free Menchies coupons for desert!
