I know it sounds dumb but I have been wanting to see Hanson since I was about 11 years old. I have loved music my whole life, my Grandma was a music teacher and my mom sang to me often growing up. Hanson was popular when I was a tween/teenager and I thought they were the best because they wrote and sang their own songs, and played their own instruments. I respect them because they have continued making music on their own indie label all these years later, not to mention they only get better looking with age :)
I went back and forth in my head about ordering tickets (I have no idea why) and Richard encouraged me to JUST ORDER THEM! I finally just bought them and I am so glad I did. The concert was at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta and it was AMAZING, Richard said he liked the Hanson concert more than Tom Petty. They sounded amazing, played great songs, got the crowd involved, and the venue was small enough to make it feel very intimate.
